NBA Rapid Replay

I was brought in by Ready Set Rocket to plan the strategy and experience of a new streaming service for NBA highlight videos. It was eventually added to the NBA app as a premium feature called "Rapid Replay".

I defined product principles, content strategy, and interaction patterns, then created multiple prototypes and collaborated with the client until we landed on the final solution.

2015

Microsoft Match

In 2014, Microsft asked Razorfish to create an omnichannel experience for staples retail stores across print, in-store displays, mobile and desktop websites. I was brought in to define the workflow and user experience of the matching application that recommended windows devices to users based on their usage profiles and preferences. I created an inventory of their available devices and defined the recommended criteria. Afterward, I planned and designed the user flow and interaction patterns for all touchpoints.

For the first 7 months of 2014, I worked on the dedicated team at Razorfish that acted as the agile design arm of Motorola. We upgraded the motomaker customization experience and scaled it to support new products. Then we planned and designed all of Motorola's new initiatives like the moto x test-drive program and their financing offer through a branded credit card. Our partnership ended after Motorola was purchased by Lenovo.

Beats Pulse

Beats Pulse is an internal android app for Beats' in-house and partner audio engineers. It allows them to equalize and modularize the sound for each headphone and save their preferred audio profiles. I worked with the technical stakeholders at Beats to gather the requirements, plan the architecture of the product, and design its UI.

My goal was to shorten the learning curve of this product by adapting the familiar patterns and paradigms of their existing desktop software for a touch-only experience.
